What is the return policy?
Absolutely, you have 30 days from receiving your lamp to get a full refund or new model. Just make sure the lamp is in original condition and packaging. We pay the return shipping.
Which light bulbs should I use?
All E26 lightbulbs work with the on/off switch, however thedimmer will not work with all LEDs.You need a FILAMENT / INCANDESCENT bulb in order to use the dimmer OR a "Dimmable" LED.
I personally recommend "E26 Vintage Edison" Bulbs for a beautiful glow.
Keep that in mind when purchasing the lightbulbs for your Rocketlamp!

Where are your products manufactured?
We hand-craft everything at our workshop in vancouver. The only exception is the cord & light sockets.
