Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Return an Item
- Email ivan@bykismet.ca with your order number.
- We will send you return instructions and a shipping label.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns are free for customers in the US & Canada. We cover the cost of the return shipping label.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
- If you need a different item, follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at ivan@bykismet.ca.
- Please include photos of the damage and your order number.
- We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund.
