What's an unreleased design? Is it a factory second?
No, these are 100% brand new lamps.
They are designs which we decided not to continue to make — we are simplifying our production and cannot make several wood types any longer.
These are 100% regular stock and come with everything that you would normally received when buying a brand new lamps from us.
What is the return policy?
Absolutely, you have 30 days from receiving your lamp to get a full refund or new model. Just make sure the lamp is in original condition and packaging. We pay the return shipping.
Which light bulbs should I use?
All E26 lightbulbs work with the on/off switch, however thedimmer will not work with all LEDs.You need a FILAMENT / INCANDESCENT bulb in order to use the dimmer OR a "Dimmable" LED.
I personally recommend "E26 Vintage Edison" Bulbs for a beautiful glow.
Keep that in mind when purchasing the lightbulbs for your Rocketlamp!
When will I get my order?
You will receive your lamp in 5-7 business days.
We know this is long by Amazon standards but here's why:
I make each lamp by hand. it takes about 2-3 days to complete the process. Shipping will take around 2-4 days.
It takes time, care and craft. Your lamp is likely being made as you read this sentence.
Promise it’s worth the wait! :)
Where are your products manufactured?
We hand-craft everything at our workshop in vancouver. The only exception is the cord & light sockets.
What are the dimensions?
It's a medium sized floor lamp, and with an ambient glow.
