2. Returns Policy

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Process:

Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at ivan@bykismet.ca within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or a refund.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this time, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already entered processing.
