Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Kismet Furniture Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to providing transparent and reliable shipping services. Please review the following policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Shipping Regions

​

  • We ship worldwide to locations where shipping services are available.

  • There are no regional restrictions as long as carriers can deliver to the provided address.

2. Processing Times

​

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days.

  • During busy periods, such as holidays or product launches, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.

​

3. Shipping Costs

​

  • United States and Canada: Flat-rate shipping of $20 per order.

  • International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated based on the carrier’s quote for the package size, weight, and destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any additional fees such as customs duties or taxes.

4. Delivery Timeframes

​

  • For orders within North America, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after the order has been shipped.

  • Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.

​

5. Carriers and Tracking

​

  • We partner with trusted carriers, including UPS, Canada Post, DHL, and FedEx.

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments once the order has been shipped.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

​

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.

  • Customers must file claims directly with the carrier for resolution.

  • If you experience issues with your delivery, please contact the carrier and notify us of the situation at ivan@bykismet.ca.

7. Returned to Sender Packages

​

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact the customer to correct the information and resend the package.

  • If reshipping is not possible, a refund may be issued for the item only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Customs, Duties, and International Orders

​

  • International customers may be required to pay customs duties or taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by the destination country and are not collected by us.

  • Customers are responsible for handling these transactions directly with their local customs authority.

9. Local Pickup

​

  • We offer local pickup for customers located nearby. Please contact us at ivan@bykismet.ca to arrange a pickup.

10. Changes and Cancellations

​

  • Customers may email us at ivan@bykismet.ca to request updates to their shipping details.

  • We may not be able to make changes once the package has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

11. Special Circumstances

​

  • In cases of pre-orders or made-to-order items, shipping times will be communicated clearly on the product page.

  • Refunds or reshipping for issues outside our policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
